Shipping
Shipping rates for most items are based on weight and destination.
In most cases items will be sent by Royal Mail and large/heavy items by Carrier.
Most items are available for same or next day dispatch, we will inform you if there are any delivery changes.
We offer free delivery on orders over £175 UK Mainland only excluding Scottish highlands.
We can ship to most countries in the world however, please note, there are restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on availability and your shipping preferences.
Accepting Your Delivery
Please check your goods thoroughly before signing for them.
If any part of your delivery is damaged or faulty please contact us by telephone or e mail remsport@btinternet.com within 48 hours.
Do not accept damaged products. Orders signed for “unchecked” will be deemed to have been received in good condition.
As soon as the order has been delivered to your requested delivery address, the risk of any damage or loss passes to you.
Restricted Access
If you want delivery to anywhere other than to the mainland UK with unrestricted access, please contact us before you attempt to place your order. Shipping from the UK mainland would depend on the type of product ordered and the geographic location. This type of order would probably command an additional carriage charge.
We reserve the right to refuse to make a delivery if you have not informed us prior to delivery of any access restrictions.
We consider restricted access to be if our drivers encounter double yellow lines, a red route, narrow lanes, steep hills, low bridges, or width restricted roads. Please send an email to discuss delivery if you do not have unrestricted access.
Multiple Deliveries
On rare occasions some of the goods you order may come to you direct from other suppliers resulting in your order consisting of more than one part.
Depending on stock availability, some orders may be split into more than one delivery so you are not kept waiting for those items immediately available.
If we become aware of stock difficulties, which will affect delivery, we will let you know by telephone or e mail.

Returns
Please contact us before returning any item.
All damaged goods and losses must be reported by email within 48 hours from receipt of your order. After this period has lapsed, we will not accept responsibility for damaged goods. Please check your order.
Failure to do this will invalidate any claims made.
Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or still under warranty:
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days after receipt of delivery. Should you need to return your order, please enclose a copy of your invoice with the goods. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a restocking charge when we receive the goods back in a resalable condition.
Overseas Orders (All order supplied outside UK mainland)
All warranty, damaged and unused goods must be returned by the buyer. We will replace or refund any goods that are proven to be defective.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Faulty items returned for repair or exchange, where no fault can be found, may be charged a test fee of £20.00 + Return Carriage + VAT
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses which happen as a side effect of the main fault, loss or damage and even if such losses result from a deliberate breach of this Contract by us that would entitle you to terminate the Contract between us.
Outside the 14 day cooling off period, if accepted for return, non-faulty mail order goods correctly supplied will be charged a restocking fee of 20% on the original purchase price. Within the Distance Selling Regulations 14 day cooling off period no handling charge will be made. For items returned under the DSR’s consumers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of any products in their possession and as such we request items be returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in original saleable condition. All returns must be accompanied with a valid.

None returnable goods:
We will not accept returns of none stock goods, Consumables, Gasses, Oils, Lubricants, Perishables, or specially ordered items. This is because most of our suppliers will not accept these items back. When possible, with agreement from our suppliers to accept such returned goods, a handling charge at their discretion will apply (To be advised).
